The client, real estate developer NHO (National Housing Organization) requested an aesthetic that could communicate their corporate identity: "Harmonizing People, Land and Community".

We designed the building to have a green facade and an interior that speaks of eco-friendliness and modernization. Each meeting room is equipped with sensor lighting to reduce energy overuse as users can enjoy a natural green view even from within the busy city.
